It seems like we are excluding a lot of fuzzer options when the fuzzer is not duck fuzz. Maybe we just add another step where we only fuzz duckfuzz with all the extra options?

As it describes in the duckdb/duckdb-sqlsmith#23, we'd like the fuzzer to follow a specific path to generate statements, functions etc.
This PR makes
cifuzzto fuzz with and without the values defined in configuration file.
